Claire's 7 Month Portraits

The milestone sessions are definitely some of my favorite. Both the baby and the parents have come so far from those first shaky weeks of newness. With much more confidence, it's great to see how families find their groove. Moms get sappier and dads get sillier. And the best part- babies get happier! Sweet Claire was no exception and I just loved capturing her hard-earned new skills and corresponding proud smiles.

Hilary and Austin, thank you for having me over again to capture this fun stage of life. Can't wait for the next one!

Jill and Jason are married!

Most people know that I don't normally shoot weddings, but when one of my favorite clients called me and told me the exciting news that she was getting engaged I just couldn't say no! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE shooting weddings. The emotions and excitement of that special day are like none other, and that was especially true for these two lovebirds. I've never heard two people profess their love so purely and honestly as these two did in their vows. It was a tender and beautiful moment for everyone who witnessed it and reminded me of why I love what I do!

Sophie is 1!

It's hard to believe it's been a whole year since I met this blue eyed cutie. She was a rockstar from day 1 and each milestone shoot she has over performed and exceeded my expectations. This girl is certainly not camera shy! From curled up and sleeping, to sitting up and clapping, and now standing up with that toothy grin, I have loved capturing each exciting phase. 

Ashli and Nick, you have one gorgeous (and well-dressed) girl! Keep up the good work :)

Abbey 8 Months Old!

It was such a treat meeting the Licker family, especially since they happen to live in my neighborhood! Sweet little Abby made me work for her affection but she finally warmed up and showed me that contagious bright eyed smile. I couldn't get enough of her porcelain skin and doll face!

Charlotte 8 Months

It had been 8 months since I saw this precious girl, and I barely recognized her! I just couldn't get enough of those chubby cheeks and wide eyes! This girl is as chill as they come. She put up with me for an hour and a half, laughing all the way.

Erica and Adam, you've got one sweet baby girl. Enjoy!

Braxton is ONE!

Baby Braxton is now a big boy! From a curled up newborn, to a wobbly smiley baby, Braxton has graduated to a big ONE year old! I love capturing this exciting phase- a 1 year old's zest for life and adventure is contagious! Only a few more weeks before this little guy is off and running- good luck Mike and Nancy!

Baby Hayden

It was a joy and pleasure to help the Posey's welcome their 4th baby into the world! I am totally impressed and envious of anyone that can make having 4 children look that easy! Baby Hayden is as sweet as they come, and of course, very chill as you would expect from #4! I always love to watch the emotions of older siblings as they interact with the newbie- a mix of curiosity, affection and nonchalance. 

Bridgett and Lee, you guys are amazing! I hope you enjoy these fleeting moments :)
