Since the last time I met up with this sweet family, they have had some big changes! Namely, the addition of 2 beautiful girls! I had a blast with this lively bunch, capturing each one of their unique personalities. The sunny Fall weather was the perfect compliment to this vibrant shoot!

Coppedge Family

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is getting to see the transformation that occurs in people as their family grows. A couple becoming parents, an only children becoming a sibling. The dynamic is always changing and I love documenting each of those new phases. I have had the privilege of capturing those changes for this sweet family, who I first met when Evie was just a year old. Three years later, it was so cool to come back to the same place, and with Eleanor wearing the same dress as her big sis.

Baby Leo

It was so nice to finally meet Courtney Hamil, a long time family friend of my husband's, and owner of Honeycomb Studio. Her baby boy Leo was the real treat- what a tiny little peanut! He was such a champ and so cooperative. I literally never heard a peep out of him! I love getting to work with fellow creatives, even though I always feel the pressure to win their approval. Courtney is a master at her craft with very high standards for design and attention to detail. I hope she is pleased :)

Baby Henley

Meet Henley! The newest addition to the Murray family. I love getting to witness that instant transformation that happens to people the second they welcome their tiny new human into the world. Mom and Dad were such naturals and Henley made her preference for them known! I'm glad we got some sweet sleepy shots as well as some wide-eyed gazes.

Lindsay and Philip- thank you for inviting me to your home to capture some of the first moments with your sweet girl. Enjoy!

Sponsler Family

It was such a treat meeting the Sponslers and their 2 sweet children. What a change of pace from my normal baby or toddler session! With two very attentive and well behaved kids, we were flying through poses without even breaking a sweat. I wasn't on the ground doing somersaults either, which was nice :)

The Dooleys!

I am happy to present my good friends, the Dooleys! It's hard to get a bad picture of this crazy crew. Knox, the happiest baby on the block, made me work for his normally generously given smiles on this particular day, but after watching me break into a full sweat (and sticking his tongue out at me!) he finally gave in. I love how vibrant these images came out because that is exactly how this family is.

Baby Cole

I am thrilled to post these precious images of my sweet baby nephew, COLE! Cole has a couple good things going for him... soft velvety hair, perfectly smooth skin, chubby squeezable cheeks, and did you notice the smirky grin? I have to say this baby is one handsome man! Not that I'm biased by a family relation or anything. After letting me play with him not once, not twice but 3 times, his patience with me eventually ran out but not before I captured these adorable shots of him. As a future Boater, I think we covered most of our bases, unless he chooses fencing as his sport (props not safe for newborns).

Kara and Cliff, you have embraced your new role as mom and dad very well and  I wouldn't expect anything different. Love you guys!
